Medlife - Missleading and overcharged

I am writing this email regarding my order# OR****SFB-***A .I send an email yesterday to Medlife care@medlife.com but I haven't received any response on my last email.

Today I spoke to Medlife customer support executive and one supervisor both are extremely unprofessional and no customer care handling skill and they are unable to provide any suitable resolution.

I placed order for four items *.Sterillium *** ml. (price- Rs.***), ii) Venus N** (price- Rs.**.**), iii) Himalaya Koflet (price- Rs.**) & iv) Calpol *** mg (Price- Rs.**.**) Order No.- OR****SFB-***A, Date of Order- *th March ****, Expected Date of Delivery- *th March **** and Total Amount- Rs.***.** (COD) that ordered above mentioned medicines from Medlife on *th March **** and it was supposed to be delivered by *th March ****. But suddenly the company increased price of "Venus N**". When I ordered this it was Rs.**.** and now its price is Rs.*** and they canceled * medicines (i) Sterillium *** ml. & ii) Himalaya Koflet) without her consent. As per consumer, if the medicine is out of stock so they should not have accepted the order and it should have been mentioned on their website that it is out of stock but when she placed the order, it was available but still they did the same and how can they increased the price even after placing order. So I wants to lodge her grievance and wants delivery of the her ordered products and looking for suitable resolution and compensation.
