Vodafone - Blocked my customer care access for a month

I live in the heart of Coimbatore in a prime area. Cellular network, however, is very poor inside our house and for the last * years, we have been complaining to Vodafone to our provider to rectify this. A lot of complaints were filed a few officials from the company visited but no rectification was done. We had to go out of the house every time we had a call. After years of pursuing, I switched to prepaid as I was paying over *** every month not receiving calls and even their missed call alerts did not work. When I switched to prepaid in August, they cut my customer care access for a month without informing me (I complained at a local store to no avail) I was unable to call Vodafone customer care. Ironically it is a paid service. They just blocked me without any notice or reason. As a paying consumer, this to me is a breach of contract. I tweeted about it since November only expecting a simple call back, an explanation or an apology. I wrote emails. No response from customer care. The emails came with a standard reply saying, now your services have resumed but not really answering the query, why was it terminated in the first place. Vodafone is nearly a monopoly now and they are audacious. What is a consumer contract and what obligations do they have in fulfilling them. Why am I paying for a service that cuts me off most of the time? Why is there no response to consumer complaints and requests?
