Zaineb filed complaint against Flipkart on May 24, 2022
I have ordered a Motorola phone from Flipkart but received a realme phone in the box of Motorola on **th March ****.
I have made more than ** calls, sent more than ** emails to Flipkart customer care and filed * different requests for return/replacement of the same product but customer executives always make an excuse saying we are working closely on your query and cancel the request giving unnecessary reasons.
Executives refused to return the product like a person cannot have a nickname and he can't rent a flat too. If he wants to order something he should go back to his home city and then order. This is their policy. For the past * months this is happening repeatedly
If Flipkart process the order delivery guy refuses to pick up and deliver the original phone. He doesn’t even come to pick up the phone. I seriously doubt Ekart deliver person too as whenever my replacement get confirmed and the phone reaches their office. He either disconnect my call, doesn't pick up the call, or said he didn't receive any mail from Flipkart to pick up the order.
I don't understand when the phone reaches Ghaziabad hub and I can track it still he makes excuses that he will not come to pick up the phone and replace it. Later in the evening he just make an excuse and cancel the request of picking up the phone. Then I have to go through the whole process again.
Now I am in my hometown at the same address of Aadhar. I tried to get the phone picked from here but here as well Ekart delivery person refused to come and later cancelled the request mentioning I decided to keep the phone. How can I decide to keep the wrong phone when I paid ***** rupees for the same and received a **** INR phone.
Can you please tell me who is responsible for all of this scenario? And how many times I have to call Flipkart to pick this phone. I have sent the imei number as well written on Motorola box. You can clearly see where the original phone is but Flipkart is taking too long to solve this issue.
I feel so mentally exhausted with all of this scenario. I hope to find a positive solution this time by taking the help of the voxya. I read it is really effective. I request you please help.
