Meesho - Wrong item delivered instead of ordered item

I placed an order of Mother and daughter combo for Rs ****/- and received the pack and the pack infront of delivery boy we both shocked there is a small saree worth ***/-. Such a open cheating by Meshoo. I called to meshoo people in all possible ways but resolution but they are blaming me. Literally they harrassed me for more than * days continuously. Date of place of order is **/**/**** and received the order on **/**/**** with order Id is ************_*. My registered mobile no is **********,**********
