When I enrolled in VIP Shaadi, I was assured by your sales representative that I would have access to profiles matching my preferences, and that my membership would include the immediate arrangement of a call with one of your VIP members after payment. Unfortunately, these promises have not been honored.

First, despite the sales representative’s claim that many profiles would align with my preferences, I have found no suitable matches. I am disappointed that the service has failed to deliver.

Additionally, I was promised an immediate call with a VIP member after completing my payment. However, when I expressed interest in connecting with a member, I was shocked to find that the same person rejected my interest request without even reviewing my profile. This behavior strongly suggests a lack of professionalism and raises concerns about the authenticity of the platform.

Given these issues — the false commitments regarding matching profiles, the unfulfilled promise of an immediate connection with a VIP member, and the lack of any meaningful communication from your team — I am left with no choice but to request the immediate cancellation of my membership and a full refund of the $***.

I enrolled with the understanding that I would have access to profiles that match my preferences, and unfortunately the profiles I have encountered do not align with my preferences. Due to the issues I have encountered with the platform, which I find to be misleading and far from the service I was promised, I have lost all trust in the platform.

As a result, I will not be utilizing any of the membership services moving forward, regardless of whether my cancellation is processed or not.

Since my payment was made within the last ** hours, I am formally requesting that my membership be cancelled immediately and that the full refund of $*** be processed without delay. I believe it is only fair that I be treated justly, especially considering the issues I have encountered with the platform
