Myntra Design Pvt Ltd - Package put on hold and not getting refund from myntra

My order no. *******-*******-******* wrogn blue jacket was delivered to me on *th january **** and i returned the product on **th january and myntra has put my order on hold and said its used product, but i didn't use it at all because it was bit bigger in size so why will i use it. After this they said that they are reshiiping my order once again and i dont want my product back i just want my refund back which was paid through flipkart pay later. Suddenly yesterday they said that they had delivered my product in the same address but i didnt receive any product nor they provided me any tracking details of reshipment or any kind of text from myntra about out for delivery. So please try to refund my money back . Myntra is just a fraud shopping site.
