Hi Team,
I have not used my Mobikwik account for a long time, nor did I activate the ZIP Wallet. Despite this, fraudulent transactions have occurred on my account. Many others are facing similar issues, and Mobikwik has not resolved them. These fraudulent transactions have negatively impacted my credit score. It appears that these transactions are being conducted in the backend, unfairly burdening many customers.
