I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Swiggy concerning a recent issue with my order where an item was missing, and my subsequent refund request was unfairly denied.
On ** March ****, I placed an order through Swiggy that included three items. Upon delivery, I discovered that the order was incomplete as it was missing one item weighing * kg. I immediately contacted Swiggy’s customer service to report the issue and request a refund for the missing item.
Despite providing all necessary details and explaining the situation, Swiggy's customer service team denied my refund request. They provided no satisfactory explanation for their decision, leaving me both frustrated and out of pocket for the undelivered item.
This experience has not only caused inconvenience but also financial loss, and I believe it reflects poorly on Swiggy's commitment to customer satisfaction and service quality.
I urge the Consumer Forum to intervene on my behalf and address this matter with Swiggy to ensure a fair resolution is reached. I am also attaching the complaint documentation and order details for your reference.
