Makemytrip - Hotel denied checkin

I had booked a hotel via makemytrip for my father for ** Dec **** and the hotel denied checkin stating that they did not get any bookings. Even after showing the confirmation voucher, they refused to accept the ticket. Given that it was late at night, I made another booking in the same hotel (which they received) and I requested a refund for my original request and submitted booking voucher.
Ever since then, MMT executives are not giving me proper updates and constantly ask me to give them **-** hours to get back to me and my request was also denied stating that my father already stayed in the room. He did but that was for my second booking, not first.
It has been three months and I’m still waiting for updates.
