Hdfc Bank - Hdfc bank cheating customers
Asif belim filed complaint against Hdfc Bank on Dec 11, 2018
Few months ago two hdfc bank officials visited my home
That time i already had a saving account with hdfc bank
Bank official insisted me to open some new saving accounts of my family members
And monthly average balance of my saving account was above * lac so they suggested me to open family members account and they hdfc bank officials promised me thay they will link all the accounts to hdfc classic group programme so that average balance can be maintained through combine balance of all accounts
I also submitted the classic group form three times even after that my accounts were not linked
And just because there faults
**** Rs in each account total **** Rs in all accounts were deducted
I am hdfc bank account holder since **** that time i was happy with the service but now after cheated by hdfc bank officials
Even after explaining all this things branch officials they are not accepting their mistake
I have lost all the trust in hdfc bank now
