On January **, ****, I made a hotel booking with MakeMyTrip.com. Despite having confirmation of my booking, when I arrived at the hotel on the designated date, I was shockingly denied check-in. This left me and my family (wife and two kids) stranded and without accommodation in mid night, causing immense inconvenience and distress.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
