AMAN VERMA filed complaint against Flipkart on Nov 2, 2019
I purchased an Apple watch series * on *th Oct in big billion sale on Flipkart(Order Id: OD******************) by a Seller SuperComNet and it was delivered to me on *th Oct. But when I unboxed the packet no Apple watch was there. Instead of that, they packed a cheap quality fake street watch. Immediately I called customer care and raised a ticket (Return ID - ********************) and they assured me that I will get the return by **th October saying they cannot provide original watch as the seller had only * watch in the stock.
I kept my patience and waited for there response but to my disappointment, on **th October I got an unsatisfactory response which provides no solution to the harrassed customer. They marked my issue as resolved by cancelling my refund/return. Again on **th Oct I raised refund and mailed to grievance.officer@flipkart.com but after reassuring me that they will investigate the case and contact with me within ** hours , today on **th Oct they have again cancelled my return/refund request with no investigation and communication. As a customer, I was hoping that Flipkart will investigate and resolve my issue and will not just close the case abruptly without any consideration about the customer. But unfortunately, it didn't happen as I thought.
I am continuously trying to get support from Flipkart's customer care but I am not getting any resolution. It has been ** days since I have raised a complaint but they have just fooled me around by initiating and then cancelling refund request since then. With no help from Flipkart's customer care service, I am posted this on Flipkart's Facebook page and Twitter page.
