I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to seek your immediate assistance regarding my ongoing issue with Club Mahindra's membership cancellation. Despite my repeated attempts to communicate with them, I have not received any updates or progress on the cancellation process, even after multiple emails and escalating the matter to their concerned team to these emails as mentioned below.

I purchased a Club Mahindra membership (White STU) on April **, ****, by paying a down payment of INR **,*** and opted for next *-month EMI which is due form next month However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to opt for cancellation on April **, ****. I promptly communicated my cancellation request to Club Mahindra and was provided with Case Number ********. My membership details are as follows:

Since initiating the cancellation process, I have been diligently following up with Club Mahindra through various means, including emails and escalations. Regrettably, all my attempts to obtain an update or clarification have been met with complete silence from their customer support team. I have not received any communication regarding the status of my cancellation request or any indication of when I can expect a resolution except one replay some person going to call me with in ** to ** hours but that also not happening from there end.
Given the urgency of this matter and the continued lack of response from Club Mahindra, I am turning to Voxya for your intervention and support. As a reputed consumer complaint resolution platform, I have full confidence that your involvement will help expedite the cancellation process and ensure a swift resolution to my issue.
I kindly request your intervention in the following matters:

*. Advocate for an immediate resolution, urging Club Mahindra to provide a specific timeline for the cancellation process and ensure that it is followed through promptly.
*. Assure that I receive a refund of the down payment amounting to INR **,*** as per the terms and conditions of the membership cancellation.
