Dear sir,
i bought BenQ **.* (**.*-inch) LED Backlit Computer Monitor, Full HD, Borderless, IPS Monitor, Brightness Intelligence Technology from vle bazaar.
i received product on **.**.**** .the product is not benq it is acer with broken display. so i have filled return complaint on next day for refund. the product was taken by delhivery company on **th jan ****
Still today i am not getting my money back. every day i am calling them and they are only giving dates .
we request you to solve this issue, and do the needful.
