Kurtismall - Wrong Product received

I was going through one of the social media website and found kurtismall and the collection of kurtis were good and the reviews were positive. I saw one kurta which was red and had blue dupatta. i placed the order and had only COD option. I got a call with regards to confirmation of the order.I did confirm. After * days i got a SMS from ekart that my order was out for delivery. i was excited to open the package. I made the payment via debit card. I opened the package and was extremely disappointed as the image shown in the website and the item received were not matching at all. I checked the return policy in the website. I filed a complaint immediately and till now there is no response at all. I got a call stating that they are from Kurtis mall. I explained the person the entire scenario and he asked me if i have google pay i said yes. He sent me a link and asked me to forward the link which says SBIUPI CONFIDENTIAL to another number. I got to know something is not right. I blocked that number and i started to get a call from another number and it was the same person he asked me to provide the CVV i blocked that number immediately. There is no other contact details where in i can call the team.
