We purchased before one month from karnal, from the first day it was not cooling properly and we also complained on the first day, but their was no proper response from them.
We also complained about the same issue more than ** times, but the persons who visited home could not solve moreover not behaving properly by saying '’ Replacement can't be done'’ (Even the Shop owner also not giving any proper solution and postponing the issue).
Infact in their records they maintain that the is resolved from my side without asking me anything.
