Kook and keench - Rejecting the return

I have ordered kook and keench sliders when I received it I dint find any tag on it which was not acceptable already so I wanted to exchange it as the size is smaller to me when I asked for retirn the delivery partner came to my address and rejected the item without even listening to my concern I called the customer care and asked them to raise a complaint as it was not my fault because how can I create a tag when it was not there myntra you need to have some sense and understanding this is very frustrating we dont get money very easily you always say customer is got but is this the way you are treating us ? We should trust you buy you dont ! How come is this valid I dont understand and even after writing to you the reply I got was it dint pass through quality check so we reject and all bullshit and you close the complaint how can you close a complaint soo easily without contacting the customer through call are customers looking a fool's to you ? I want return to be initiated this is very serious already it's been many days this is not spared I need my refund back aswell
