Hello sir, I am SOURABHA ACHARYA. My grandmother is a pensioner, who is in bed rest condition.on behalf of her I would like to draw your kind attention to some problems faced by her for withdrawal amount of my grandmother account.
Sir, she is bed rest condition now live with us in tci, Rourkela, odisha. But earlier she lived in Jajpur, odisha. So her hometown is binjharpur branch of central bank of India. Due to health issues she lived with us in Rourkela. In March her debit card was expired. After that I tried so many times to ask nearby branch i.e vedvyas, Rourkela ,that how can she able to withdraw money as she can't be able to sign or can't be able to move properly. After expiry of ATM card home branch is not agreed for giving new ATM card.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
