Nike India - Refund not yet received of the order which dint get placed

I have ordered a pair of Nike Air Jordan * Zoom CMFT shoes on Nov *th ****. The order dint get placed but the money got debited from my account and when I’ve asked for the refund of the money. The Nike team is constantly changing dates and telling that there’s a problem with the payment provider. They’re giving me sick reasons or are extending the date for my refund. This process keeps going with them and it’s of course a right of a customer to question the team as many times as he wants. I’ve been calling them *-* times a day but still there’s no change in the case. It’s been over a month now and I still haven’t received my money back.
