Masala Monk - Refund not given for canceled orders

MM HAD CANCELED * OF NY ORDERS WHICH I PAID VIA Paytm and from the last * weeks they did not refund. now they have blocked me on SM platform after saying they have refunded without giving any proof. I have not received the money in my Paytm wallet.
