Shopingkaro.com - Online fraud and package not delivered

I have been cheated. I have ordered Redmi Note * Pro * GB*** GB variant mobile phone on **/**/**** through Shopingkaro.com by doing UPI payment of Rs. **,***. I have called before and after making my order online to their customer care who have assured me to deliver the package latest by Saturday (**/**/****). I have been continuously calling them for my delivery status but from **/**/**** their phone number is not working and online chatting help is also not supported now. I have been cheated and request you to please help me on the same.
