Thomson TV from Flipkart - New Thomson led tv from Flipkart Delay for TV repair

I bought a Thomson TV from Flipkart, delivered on ** March ****, Installed on ** March ****, display gone on ** March ****. There was option to replace the TV but Flipkart didn't allow, redirected to Service Center, SPPL. Customer Care number doesn't work properly, most of the time it doesn't accept any option (* for TV, * for AC, etc) and it doesn't get through. Made numerous complaint to Flipkart, SPPL via Web, email. They are very lazy and it seems they don't care consumer values. Someone came to check but he said it won't work and someone else would come after *days. It's been more than *weeks and no sign of any assurance. I tried posting few complaint on X platform to Avneet Marwah CEO, Thomson TV, but it seems nobody cares. I am ready to file lawsuit against all stake holders involved.
