Dear Sir,
I am a resident of Yamunapuram, Bulandshahr. Few days back, I had admitted my wife in Rana Hospital (UP Gov Hospital Reg. num-UP/BSR/ALLO/***) for availing pregnancy treatment. The Medicare facilities provided in the hospital was so perilous & life threatening that after the operation, room to patient was not provided and it took them more than * hours and patient was lying in the corridor. Considering they had rooms available but they did not shift the patient.

Since, I was availing cashless treatment, hospital was still asking for money every time considering my TPA healthcare insurance provider had already approved the payment. The hospital has also charged some unnecessary services into the final bill for a treatment like this. This Rana hospital is focused on clinching money rather than providing a good treatment.

Doctors don't come on time to see patient, keeping in mind the COVID-** precautions the NICU room is not sanitized which is a matter of concern , hospital staff sleeps in night shift not taking care of patients, they misbehave with patients and their negligence is unacceptable. I had discussed this to the hospital management but they had not taken any steps to cure this and it does not look like helping anyone this way. Hospitals like charges hefty amount as a fee but they give no healthcare in return. Hence, I would request you to please take some action in this regards so that good medical and healthcare facilities can be provided to the general public.

The scenarios I have explained above are not normal in nature and cannot be taken for granted also people in day to day life face many difficulties in these kind of hospitals.
