SPACERING PRIVATE LIMITED - Fraud and Scammer

My Company is in Saudi Arabia (Makkah). My company is a sub contractor of Saudi Electric Company, as per Saudi Electric Company our company working staff must wear a specific kind of uniform (FLAME RESISTANT E-ARC RATED ** E CAT* UNIFORM). So we ordered this Company SPACERING PVT LTD to supply us with **** pcs of uniforms at a price of ****** USD* and delivery must be ** days from the date of advance payment that is **% , so we paid them an amount ***** USD* as advance on **-**-****.

Now it's more than ** days finished and they didn't deliver a single piece of uniform and more over the owner of the company
