DHBVNL Badshapur Gurugram is not charging as per meter reading for the Account No. BP**-**** in the name of Mrs. Santosh Kumari, W/o Raj Kumar. every time they are charging extra amount. it is to mention that I am not residing in Badshapur, My Aged Mother-In Law use this at night. In day time, she is with my husbands elder brother. Every time they says that your next bill will be as per meter reading.
