I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Dehlivery Courier for a shipment delay and unsatisfactory customer service experience.

**Reason for Complaint:**

The shipment has been significantly delayed and has not yet been delivered, despite the initial estimated delivery date. The shipment has been in transit for over * days, which is far beyond the expected delivery timeline.

**Impact of Delay:**

The delay has caused significant inconvenience and financial loss. The shipment contains critical items that were expected to be delivered on time, and their absence has disrupted my operations and resulted in additional expenses.

**Poor Customer Service:**

When I contacted Dehlivery Courier's customer service to inquire about the delay, I received inadequate assistance. The customer service representative was unresponsive, dismissive, and provided conflicting information. They failed to provide a valid explanation for the delay or an updated delivery schedule.

**Request for Resolution:**

I request the following actions to resolve this complaint:

* Expedited delivery of the delayed shipment
* Compensation for the inconvenience and financial loss caused by the delay
* An investigation into the cause of the delay and measures to prevent similar incidents in the future
* Improved customer service training to ensure prompt and professional assistance
