I wanted to edit passenger details of one person before the actual schedule of my flight. I was ready to pay the surcharges as per rule. But the ease my trip customer executive were not responding to any of the calls. So I had to cancel my ticket and re-issue new ticket. This lead to loss for me of my complete ticket amount.
