Lloyd fridge - Brand new product has manufacturing default water leakage from freezer

This month * rd we purchased a Lloyd ***l single door fridge purchased from pie electronic kalayan nagar bangalore, from the first day it's self water leakage from freezer. So many times I called customer service and showroom, and service technician also, * technician came to service,but each one of them mentioned different reasons,and they don't know the error also, so I had a bad experience from ur side and product also.iam wasted my time and money also. Pls take back this fridge and pls do the replacement.
