Glamour dailyfabInstagram page - Amount taken but package not received

I ordered a dress from Glamour_dailyfab-intsgaram page and paid Rs **** to Greytex private limited A/c No ************.Seller said they had dispatched my product and I will receive it in *-* working days. After *-* working days I started following up for my parcel and after a lot of follow up they finally said that my parcel is misplaced in transit. They said either allow us to reship your product or let us know if you want a refund. I opted for a refund and shared my account no and other details needed to initiate a refund.I followed up for ** days and they kept assuring me that they will process the refund asap but later they stopped replying and I never got any refund. Then as a last resort I thought of reporting the page unaware about the fact that once I report the page I wont be able to access it again and my messenger conversation will be lost. This Instagram account has more than ***** followers. They are a hoax as they have neither refunded me my money nor have they delivered my product.
