Placed order for Samsung core prime battery. Payment made via paytm for Rs ***. The amount is debited from my account but the order is not placed. The website doesn't even show my order in my account profile. Shows no order placed. Tried calling customer care multiple times. It always says busy. Make them multiple times no response.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
