- Zoomcar Host support not provided Open
I have added my car on the Zoomcar host platform. I had a booking on * August ****, which was supposed to end on **.*.**** with booking ID JPSNC**C*. My car did not return on end time. when I complained about the issue, the complaint was lodged over customer care but there was no update with the issue. Everytime I called I was told there is no update from team and I needed to wait and about ** days were passed. meanwhile I was contacted by police station, dausa(rajasthan) that the customer was held by police under motor vehicle act *** and ***. I updated this to zoomcar host customer care agent at my own, still the zoomcar host team didn't do anything. instead of helping me, local team asked me to go my own for proceedings instead of doing it themselves as they are responsible for my car safety as they also charge Rs. *** every month. meanwhile police was calling me to release the car and when I asked about zoomcar relation with the car, they scolded to include or sue zoomcar and expedite the matter to release car but zoomcar host support still didn't do anything.
Later they asked me to go my own and contact them at station they will guide me with everything. i went there but still there was no help from there side. i did everything on my own. i hired the lawyer did everything on my own, been through mental stress, had financial losses. after receiving the car I again called local zoomcar executive as my car battery was drained and I had no help at strange place, still they asked me to do that on my own. and now when I reached home taking my car after legal proceedings, I asked to help me with reimbursement and car repairment, still he asked that he can't help anything and again put the issue on zoomcar support.
I want to report that there was no help from zoomcar host support team, while they are responsible for safety of my car and they even charge me for that. I am paying the fees, still I had to deal with all mis happening and issue on my own, incurring financial loss as well as mental and physical loss.
