- Zomato not delivered & not refunded Open

Complaint filed against: Zomato
I ordered from zomato on 28 December 2018 at 05:55 Pm, they accepted the order & quoted Expected delivery on 6:25 Pm I waited, tracked the order it is showing, delivery boy pick uped the order & coming but after 10 mins seen that order has been cancelled & shown
Aunty's Pizza cannot fulfill your order.
I taken the help of their executive & same time called the restaurant. Restaurant said, zomato cancelled your order, not us. Then I chatted to them & asked about the reason, they told u had not picked up call so we cancelled, instead of this I didn't received any call.
I become angry on them, & told I m hungry from since morning at least send food back. They denied, afterward I thought to leave it & check that my money is also not refunded, I told them that its ur fault & both things u r not doing, not given food & taken money.
This is not fair we are just normal students we can't let the money go
It's valuable for us.
I suffered from hunger
Also from from money
I want to claim compensation.
Resolution Demanded: An apology letter from company official, Get refund or credit for your purchase
