I ordered roll from zomoto twice but both ordered got cancelled by Zomoto staff. In first order order was not accepted by restaurant and it so called executive called me that due to technical issue my order will not be accepted and we are returning the amount. Still not got refund.
Again I placed order with *nd restaurant, order was late still I waited. I pre approved his gate entry at my gate app also that he can come direct. Attached screenshot of entry. He called me * times I was on call with doctor i m * months pregnant and was not well that day, immediately I called the number received from Zomoto that number was out of service. I called thatexecutive **
Times but he didn’t responded and gone without delivering my order. He took my money my Order.
I want to ask it is justify to torture customer like this, entry was approved still he didn’t came inside society full address was clearly mentioned still he he didn’t come. He called me * times as per policy they will wait for ** mins that person vanish in * mins and Zomoto gave me wrong number so that I can’t contact them.
Their chat staff was saying I didn’t picked, they gave me wrong number what is my problem. They are harassing me torturing by giving stupid reply from last ** days. This is clear cheating by Zomoto. Enclosed all screenshot
I want my full refund with compensation immediately.
