- ZestMoney scam Offered Resolution
No* online fraud ever
I'm kavinraj I'm using ZestMoney money **** when I'm completing the ZestMoney app sign up it shows nach mandate fill it & digital signed after completing it it created some loan ID & a urbanlader voucher for ****.. U have to use it before **months I have leave it for a month then next month they debited emi from my account. I'm not used voucher & even though does not receive any product from urbanlader.. Then i canceled my ecs next month.. Then after a year before ** of voucher i have mailed them to cancel my loan.. They replied that we have to confirm with merchant urbanlader then almost a year gone i got impact in cibil also. Now they mailed me
Dear customer sorry to informing you As you're avoiding our calls we'll be sending officer to initiate collections on the entire outstanding amount , at your mailing address tomorrow, If you have any concerns please revert back us immediately, otherwise ur account will be moving to permanent suspension, and impact ur CIBIL score also, make it one EMI amount today, and regularise ur account thank you.
This is final time to ask you if you don't make payment we will send officer to your address
Home address the you have to pay whole outstanding amount
You will not get any loans from other banks and officer will be sent to your address with police
