- YOHO TRAVELS not refunding for Andman Package Open
I Sanjeet Kumar,I have booked a Andman Package from YOHO TRAVEL on **th Feb **** through Bajaj Finserv and I have Amount of Rs.***** which is advanced payment so that amount for booking could not increase and due to medical and busy schedule I have Cancel the the booking on **th Feb **** , and asking for refund ,waited and inbetween I have enquired about my refund but in **th Feb I mailed them regarding my refund .I have done all my booking in concerned with Mrs Sidharth Dubey (Branch Manager),Sakshi Rai and Deepika.Asking my refund in Feb **** I was asking my refund they have said ask refund from Bajaj Finserv and then I have mailed Bajaj Finserv is saying ask to cancel the transaction from Merchant(Yoho Travels),Sir on March after asking my refund and they provided me a cancellation receipt which money Neither reflected in my Bajaj Finserv card registered no ********** and not in my Account .I have again asked the refund on last ** days they are saying we don't have resources offices are closed they are blaming Govt guideline and offices are closed,they are saying when offices will open then they will refund my money ,Then why they provide me cancellation receipt and said money will reflect and take time to reflect in your Bajaj Finserv ,I am paying my EMI to Bajaj regarding this transaction.* months has been passed but not refund initiated .
Earlier they were excusing ask money from Baja they will refund you now govt GUIDLINE and COvid ** and offices are close.
SUCH A PATHETIC SERVICES ARE PROVIDING ILLIGALLY RHEY ARE HOLDING CUSTOMER MONEY.
I have all evidence regarding my refund abd transaction they are harrasing me regarding my refund and suffering since ** Feb ****.
When asking for my refund and asking them that I will take legal action and they are saying you can take they have my call recording and chats.
My hard earn money is stuck with them and they are playing against me.
They are playing with customer trust and money
