- Wrongfully charged for something I didn t even get Closed
Ordered food (** samosa) online.Order id-#***********. Paid via Paytm. Received * pieces from the restaurant. Filed a complaint on swiggy. And the resolution they provide is "We would like to inform you that, after carefully reviewing your issue, we were unable to validate your claim. Therefore, keeping our policies in mind, we will not be able to provide you with any compensation in this instance." I don't understand why I would pay for something that I didn't even get. Even the in-app support function always redirects you to a mail. Don't understand why is it even there.
