This is roopesh, registered as roopesh bhardwaj on amazon.in and this is my final notice to amazon for grievance before going to district consumer court.
I have sent back this product i.e. Jbl Flip 4 Portable Wireless Speaker with Powerful Bass & Mic (Black) with mrp of ₹ 7,385.00 twice to amazon for replacement first and then return at last, marking the cause as quality inadequate. I handed over the exact same product which i received to amazon pick-up agents on 25/02/2018 and then on 27/02/2018 with order id # 171-1081359-0535520 and 402-3308529-9742732 respectively.
On 28/02/2018 i received an email from amazon saying that the item i returned on 27/02/2018 with Pickup Tracking ID: 710433998934 is "old and different" and asked me to return the correct item back. I wrote amazon back the same day justifying myself that i guarantee i had returned the exact same product which i received and asked them to investigate their transport team.
On 01/03/2018 they ignored all my email content and replied back with same asking me to return the original product but this time they said "both" products arent correct that means the product i returned on 25/02/2018 isn't correct too. Now amazon isn't making my refund of ₹ 7,385.00. But on 1st march 2018 i got an email from amazon saying my replacement is successfull and they have received the original product back(product i returned first time for replacement). No information for the second replaced product was received and they still think both are incorrect.
I am a honest customer of amazon from a very long time and i won't tolerate this kind of behavior. Without even investigation how can amazon accuse it's customer of fraud. I know i have returned the exact same product both of the times which i received. Surely someone from amazon staff switched the products after picking them up from me. That is my hard earned money and i wont let it go down the drain.
They contacted me after i sent them this above email and said that they will investigate on 1st march 2018, today i.e. 8th march 2018 they said they wont be able to give my refund as it is only my fault and no further help will be provided my amazon anymore regarging this issue.
I repeat i have returned the exact same products which i got from amazon as they were. And i expect my refund back.
