Wrong transaction done Open

Complaint filed against: Axis Bank
I want to say that i have done wrong upi Transaction from my Kotak bank account yesterday at 11:24 pm Date 24:12:17 My upi id is shivam.monga@axisbank and instead of that i have transffered in wrong upi id that is shivammonga@axisbank amount Rs 20000
My Account Details are mentioned below
Ac No : 9912024166
Bank Name : Kotak mahindra bank
Acount holder : Shivam Monga
Transaction time : 11:24 pm Date : 24:12:17
Transaction message is also attached
Your a/c no. XXXX024166 is debited Rs.20000.00 on 24-12-17 and a/c linked to virtual address shivammonga@axisbank is credited (UPI Ref no 735823002374).
I request you to please transfer my amount back to my account or transfer it to the mentioned upi id : shivam.monga@axisbank.
After taking time i received email yesterday from kotak bank that we are closing your complaint as we are not getting response from axis bank and when i visit to both banks they both dont entertain me in good way i request them just to clear me the detail of the person in whose account amount is transffered so that i can request him for return .
