- Wrong services given cheated Open
I am a resident of Mandi Gobindgarh. We got our new internet connection of NETPLUS BROADBAND services *-* days back.
We selected the plan of ***mbps speed; however, when we tested the speed of internet it was just * MBPS. Upon complaining, four times to customer care of netplus, false promises were made and nobody turned up to solve the problem. Now, the local distributors have stopped picking our calls and mentioned that the required router for *** mbps was out of stock; so they installed the one which was not suitable for a *** MBPS plan.
This is highly disappointing and NETPLUS have cheated us.
Second grievance is that we were told that if we pay for five months in advance then the activation fees of **** rupees will not be taken. However, local distributors forced us for activation fees even if I paid for * months.
NETPLUS has cheated us in every way. They are giving false promised to the consumers. A strict action should be taken against them. Their licence should be cancelled.

They are saying recharge not done sent screenshots bt not resolving my problem so disappointed ...
