- Wrong selling Open
Our tata sky wasn’t working so we raised a complaint and an executive was sent by Tata sky. He said it’s an issue with set top box and took ****Rs, In cash without a receipt for providing a new set top box. On talking to customer service executives, we got to know it’s only Rs.*** that is to be charged for replacing the same. Been complaining to customer service from ** days now but everytime they resolve a query which is not what we complained for. They do not understand the problem and blaming us that we paid the executive. An agent with the name Jafer has no manners to talk to customers which is really shameful for a brand like Tata.

Recharge the tata sky pack and not activate the TV pack.Amt is debited from my account and recharge is not done ,balance showing in nil.Customer care also not resolving issue continue harassing me....

TV recharged on **/**/** through net banking (ac.no.xxx***)at *.**pm.Ref #IGAHVUIUU*.Bank statement as well as message in the mobile shows the transaction.Tata Sky denies of receiving the amount.Pls refund the amount immediately....
