Make My Trip
- Wrong room category booking Open
I booked a * bedroom exectuive suite in Fraser suite, Bangkok on **th August through Make My Trip . While booking the room category that was shown was * executive bedroom. To my shock, after i made the payment and received confirmation from Make My Trip, the room category shown was Studio room. Since I had heard of such methods being used from Make My Trip in past where a certain category of room is shown while booking, on confirmation a lower category of room is allocated, I took a screen shot of the room category just in case the need arises.
My fear came true and customer service refused to understand the problem and insisted on screen shot. Pl bear in mind the gentleman said "Pl share screen shot" and we will make changes. I even told him that price is Rs **** higher in screen shot so if required I can pay additional amount. After I shared screen shot on Thursday, I am told on Saturday that we need time and date on scree shot. No one, including the supervisor agreed to listen that in Iphone screen shot the date is never shown. The fact i shared the screen shot the very same day on **th August wasnt good enough for them. Thankfully i had taken photo of the phone screen itself which clearly shows that date is not given anywhere in I Phone. If any of you use an I phone, pl take a screen shot and check.
The following solution is offered by Make My Trip team-
*) Upgarde room by paying additionaly **** Bhat each night. When a new booking can be done at the same rate, why will i pay same amount additionally for upgrade????? Make My Trip team has repeatedly insulted me my trying to fool me with solutions which have no menaing.
*) I told them to cancel the booking if they cant honour the commitment, which also cant be done since its a non refundable booking.
