- Wrong refund charges are deducted in case my flight was cancelled due to covid 19 outbreak Offered Resolution

i had * flight booking for a flight on **rd may and return in july from new delhi to san francisco. My flight was cancelled because of COVID ** outspread. I asked the agency to refund my amount. They took nearly * months in refunding my amount. Thru out this tenure of waiting i was always assured by the airline as well as YATRA that i will be getting a full refund on my booking. But now when after * months i finally got my refund then there i can see the deductions being done in name of AIRLINE CANCELLATION CHARGES FOR K* TAX as non refundable and YATRA CONVIENIENCE FEES OF ****( thou in my booking this fees ia only ****) but they charging me excess qnd looting me. Instead of compensating me with the interest on my amount which they withold with them for good * months. They are penalising me unnecessary. Please help me to get my full refund back along with bank interest loss on my money for * months.
