I ordered for a sauna steam bath kit with order no.OD****************** ON **th Oct **** and got a wrong item delivered on **th Oct **** and I lost Rs.**** in this transaction apart from humiliation caused by sending a crap product which is worth of Rs.**. when I contacted flipkart they put me on hold for ** minutes and in the end only my time got wasted. the call centre guy does not understand English well and he was not able to understand the seriousness of this issue and also says that the order can be cancelled only after some status gets updated in their system. highly ridiculous and poor process methods. I couldn't imagine a small item delivered in place of a big item. (like a tomato delivered for TV). I believe this is purely a cheating on random basis, so if customer raises issue, it can be resolved otherwise the cheating still holds good for flipkart as they earn money by cheating when customers do not care about and do not have the patience in establishing a complaint. because the register an issue with flipkart is very very tedious, imagine a waiting time of **-** minutes without any use. so the value of the product goes high when waiting time also goes higher and higher before it is resolved. in this case, I would say I have lost more than **** even though the product value is ****
