My original order was a LA girl highlighter stick. I had ordered during the EOR sale and with the highlighter, the LA girl pro concealer was free during that sale. My order got delivered on the *th of July. Order was completely messed up. My main product i.e. the highlighter stick was missing. It only contained the free gift (concealer) and a colossal kajal. I raised a complaint regarding this on *th July itself. After *-** calls to their customer service, i finally got a message on **th July that my query has been resolved. When I called them to inquire about the so called "resolution", they tell me that my request has been denied and complete order has been delivered to me. I was furious! I then talk to their supervisor and she tells me that some agent had taken my complaint wrong. Like seriously!? After talking to so many agents and waiting for so long, this is their answer!? And then, she tells me that she has now taken the correct complaint and I will be intimated again on or before **th July. Ofcourse, they're never on time. They send a message again on **rd July (today) that my query has been resolved. I call them again to inquire. And guess what, they tell me the same thing! That my request has been denied AGAIN. THIS CLEARLY MEANS THEY'RE NOT INVESTIGATING ANYTHING AT ALL. This was a simple issue and they couldn't even rectify this mistake. Today, while I was talking to one of their supervisors Aishwarya (Escalation Supervisor), she insisted that I should request reinvestigation and I have no other choice. When I told her, I'm not interested in another investigation and I want my refund initiated today, she literally cut my phone deliberately and sent me a message saying she has started another investigation. This is utter disrespect on her part. This is how poorly they treat their customers. I am not going to tolerate this disrespect anymore. Which is why, I'm complaining against Myntra on this forum. I'm mentally and emotionally drained. Please kindly look into this matter and help me out.
