Complaint filed against: Paytm Mall
I krishnaveni, paytm id email@example.com, ordered nescafe sunrise premium 200 gms on 21st December 2017, order no. 4312196674. But received wrong product nescafe sunrise not premium. Complained to customer care in paytm and informed for return pick up, still now ( today 8th March 2018) no response for my 4 mails for return pick up. I want refund.
