I ordered Phantom *G smart watch from zookr.in on */*/** and product was delivered on */*/**. Delivered product is totally different from the one shown on website at the time of ordering. It seems very cheap product which not even work has been delivered. I contacted customer care on */*/**. They asked for images which I have sent to them. Though it is very clear from images that it is the wrong product they are ready to accept their fault. They have simply declined to replace the product or refund. Though product cost may seem low, these people have been advertising heavily on facebook instagram or other platforms. They are clearly looting lacs of people and earning significant amount. They have also posted fake reviews on website and tempting more to buy their products. I posted very negative review but it is not displayed on the website. It is very required to block such sites and protect thousands of innocent people. I have posted image of non functioning cheap product I received. Original product can be found on Google.
