- Wrong product delivered Open
I ordered Canon DSLR from Amazon on *th Dec worth *****. On *th Dec, I received some headphones worth *-*k instead of DSLR. I am well aware that while opening packages of such big amounts we should make a video. That's what I did. I sent this video and filed a complaint to Amazon and they told me that they would investigate the matter and get back to me within * days. I remained calm for those * days but they didn't update me after * days. From then on, I kept on writing to them via email and twitter on a daily basis, but every time they tell me they will update soon.
Its been ** days now, I don't have any update till yet. Their return window of ** days has also passed so I am not able to return or replace myself even if I want to. These guys are just postponing things and wasting the time so that they can eventually get away from this scam.
***** Rs. It might not be a big amount for Amazon but is for a middle-class person like me.
I am tired of writing or calling to them now. I have lost my money and I didn't get the product I paid for.
