- Wrong Product Delivered Open
I ordered a Xiaomi Redmi Note * from www.mi.com/in on **th March ****, and I got the delivery on **th March ****. But when I opened the packet it was not a phone inside the packet it was a Samsung power bank and I sent the email to their email id with all pictures of the box and that power bank.
And I sent three emails on their email id firstname.lastname@example.org *st email on **th March, IInd on **st March and IIIrd email on **nd March but I got the replay only once on **th March stating that “we have initiated investigation on your case, it will take approx *-** days to investigate and update you on the status”.
Then on **th March **** I got a call from MI team and they informed me that they cannot do anything in this case and they gave me a surprise that I have not received the power bank I received the RedmiNote* itself. It means that all the pictures and calls and emails were fake.
