i sub inspector pankaj kumar of cisf mha has an account with snapdeal website with registered mobile no.9380828360. on 15.12.2017 i ordered for phillips 24 inches led tv via snapdeal app (sub order id-25403822889) and paid with my credit card. the tv was delivered with a lot of delay on 03.01.2018 at about 1630 hrs. i took the parcel and opened it. i was surprised to see that there was no tv in the box and instead of tv there was two wooden ply there. i told the parcel boy to take the parcel back, which he denied. i then about 1700 hrs. visited thakkolam nearby police station to lodge a complain. the sho g.balakrishna present there called the courier company and told me to lodge a complain online or go to consumer court.
i made a video of the opening of the box as an evidence which i also showed to the sho at the police station and if needed i will present it in the court.
i am also an police officer and never expected a reputed company like snapdeal will cheat me like this.
kindly do the needful to get the amount refunded. even they are not responding to my calls.
i am attaching the copy of invoice images with this.
