I have made purchased a saree on Sat, Mar **nd '** with an amount of Rs.****/- (Twelve Hundred and Ninety-nine) with order number **************** through online from Zippyfab.com for my mother to present her as a gift on women’s day (**-March-****). Before buying I have communicated with the team and as per their online site, I have made an order, which was confirmed to me by an SMS also. Saree was delivered on **-Mar-**** and I have made payment through Google pay upon the delivery, wherein the delivery guy insisted me to take the delivery only after payment. I had paid the money and opened the pack in front of the delivery guy, then I shocked the saree delivered was very poor quality and in no match, with the saree, I ordered online. The delivery guy mentioned to create a return request through online and they will return my money back. Since then I am communicating with the team and I have received no response for my calls, my sms, my emails and also WhatsApp communication. The very purpose of giving a gift to my mother on women's day occasion was lost which created much pain to me as the saree ordered was liked very much by my mother and it was her special choice, knowing the fact it was her women's day gift, I couldn’t face her on the said day. I was disturbed mentally and physically by the online site. Request you to take proper action on them and plead you to make few regulations where the consumers will not be deceived and lost their money and suffer.
